While our specialty is product and process improvement, we also solve employee retention issues, project planning, aerospace and automotive improvement, industrial and mechanical advancement, and educational betterment.
PROJECTS
A few of our projects include: a re-design of an aircraft tire changing dolly used to remove and tow large worn aircraft tires, an educational lesson used for elementary school students, organization of an elementary school's computers allowing more student engagement, advised of potential problems with a new robotic aircraft towing tractor which allowed for an on-the-spot fix.
CLIENTS
Our services have been used in the Department of Defense, including both the United States Air Force and the United States Army, Walton County Florida's school district (as a 3rd party advisor), multiple aerospace companies, Towflexx, and others.
ABOUT OUR CEO
As a young child, Paul Phifer (CEO), spent a lot of time tinkering with toys and electronics. He was amazed by circuitry and disassembled every toy he was given to his parents dismay since few of these toys ever made it back together. As the years went on, the tinkering turned to modifying as he taught himself more and learned through trial and error as to what each component did. RC cars were re-geared for increased speed, voltages were increased, actuators were added and curiosity became a passion. His passion turned into a twenty year long career in the aerospace industry climbing the ladder and learning every aspect of electronics, hydraulics, pneumatics, etc. In those twenty plus years, many opportunities arose to solve complex problems in which Paul was chosen time and time again over his peers to find solutions. This problem solving sparked a new passion and led to additional training such as Sigma6, 5s, and root cause analysis. Today, Paul created Cutting Edge Solutions to solve problems that individuals and businesses alike cannot. We hope to do business with you and create a long lasting relationship.
